SARS IS ******* WHEN IT COMES TO *****

I reported ***** to Sars on 5 October 2022, and they told me that it takes 21 days to do an investigation. This is the third month now, I have more than 14 reference numbers of the calls I have been making to them, but if the line does not cut (which happens all the time), nobody knows who is responsible for my case. I have been sent from one department to another, and until now, after again calling both departments, my case has not been attended to.
