SARS is really really *******

I have submitted my tax return on efiling by myself for the very 1st time in about 5 years,i have all along used a tax practioner and have always received my refunds in the 1st week or so,now i have submitted on the 3rd July,then i received a meesage that i was being verified adn had to submit certain documentation,i did that on the 10th July,yesterday i was received letters that my logbook was incomplete,for the years that i have used a tax practioner,i have used the same format and filled in the same,suddenly i am submitting i get rejected and instead of getting a refund,i owe SARS R37400,00,this clearly shows that their system is unfair,i have not changed anything,havent changed jobs or the way i do things and give it to my tax practioner to submit,but i owe a whooping R37400,when o called them,they say its because i didnt fill in what i go to the places for e.g you need to say customer meeting that is the only reason my logbbok was rejected,they trying to meet their targets by ripping us off.
