SARS is pathetic

SARS is being used to cover fiscal shortfall and now they are squeezing every cent out of us struggling tax payers. Things are bad already and SARS is making things worse. Who are they servicing if they expect water out of a rock. They are forcing me to pay an amount I cant even afford. SARS is PATHETIC
