Sars is pathetic

So I do my e_filling in October 2018 and they have to credit me money, till today I still have not received my money all I get from them is a new case number every time I follow up, they cannot give time frame as to when will I get my money or even what is the delay. If it was me owing them I don't know how many threats I would have received by now.
