SARS is Pathetic!

One of the dumbest institutions in SA. Really a disappointment dealing with them. Each agent tells you the exact same information every day for the past 5 days.

But then again one of their Chief IT people and the Commissioner displays the same pathetic behaviour which is clearly replicated in all levels of the organization,

We need to decentralize the idea of Tax so that it can actually work for the people.
