SARS is PATHETIC

If I had an option to choose no stars I would. SARS is the most ridiculous company I have ever come across, the worst part is that they deal with our SA Citizens money. Been waiting for a refund for 4 months now and every 21 days there is some sort of verification / additional requirements etc... absolutely USELESS... when it's time to collect our money its extremely fast but to refund us it takes forever and a day... SARS service, systems and procedures are PATHETIC!!!!!!!
