SARS IS PAST USELESS

My husband passed away in Jan 2018. Been to the SARS offices in Roodepoort and Krugersdorp numerous times. They now realizes they owe him money from 2007 for medical not paid back. All documents is on their system confirmed. We can't finalize the estate , because they subsequently found out they owe him money for 2012, 2013 and 2017/ 2018 as well. The only reply that I get is WE have no time frames on estates. I wonder since they are quick to charge interest will they now pay me interest from 2007. Our stuff was always in on time, and we never owed SARS a cent... My kids will still sit with this issue in 30 years when I pass away - Their fathers estate will still be pending.... Thank you SARS , its hard enough to loose a member of the family ... to put us through this is just inexcusable. every day we have to phone and work on this and go back in the estate paper keeps us from healing and coming to terms with what happened, You are past useless......and you will stay useless, there is no time frame and no end to the level of you incompetency, your disrespect for death or in this case death and the living , is beyond comprehension. hope someone does this to you some day ....
