SARS is not helpful to pensioners, although tax has been paid for 41 years of employment

Pensioner, waiting 2 months, after being issued a 2nd tax number. Now GEPF and Liberty have been told that a tax directive has been declined, because I have 2 numbers. No help by telephone after waiting 2 hours and video call can't help either. It takes an hour just to get to the info desk....
