SARS IS ***********

SA Revenue service is a nightmare. I submitted my tax return November 2019 and after a week received a message that I should go to the branch to submit supporting documents which I did. Its the 3 March 2020 and they are still assessing my tax return, I have been calling and all I am getting is that my matter has been escalated. They are just so *********** and frustrating.
