SARS IS HORRIBLE

I am very disappointed by the service I have received from sars, I have submitted all my documents as requested but now that they owe me my own money back, they are taking forever to pay me out.

they did an electrical transfer then reversed the amount immediately, then decided to do an audit, making this a very long process. I'm calling and being on the line for hours with no feedback

when I finally got hold of an agent, they advising me that they can not give me a turnaround time because he doesn't know this is very very very bad service.
