SARS is horrible

This has been an ongoing problem since 2019 now, how do I go from being owed about R3000 to not paying tax and owing R6000, not getting any notifications from Sars and being expected to just guess everything is fine, no one there can help you because no one knows how to do their jobs, or atleast the people I have talked to.
