SARS is ***********

If I could I’d be giving SARS a minus 100. Honestly I have been struggling for weeks trying to get a new Tax number. I went in and they told me 21 business days. So I follow up a few days after the 21 business days and no nothing has happened. So the escalate it. Yay. No sadly calling yesterday was a sheer waist of time because they can’t follow up with anything or contact the person/department where things need to happen. Seriously, but hey you’ll want your money won’t you like greedy little things…. I need the new tax number and seriously how is it the clients problem or fault if you don’t have competent staff that can do their jobs. SARS is a typical government department where they don’t bother working but will gladly take salaries every month. How sad clients have to suffer because of this.
