SARS IS DISSAPOINTING

Sara is very quick to collect what is owed to them, ince you submit or efime and you owe them your case becones priority but when they owe you they take forever with audits. I did my part for current tax year and efiled, they owe me then they selected me for audits which should take a turnaround time of 21 working days. That went passed and I had to call them to enquire on my case and they said they will escalate. Up to date my case is still not attended as them owing us the public takes no priority to them priority is only given when the public owes them. This is not the first time I go through, with technology revolving one would think such sectors would improve. I am dissaponted in our SARS!!!
