SARS is disapponting

I'm quite disappointed with SARS, last year I had to resubmit my 2010 & 2012 returns. Which they were done years ago. I don't have any documents for 2010 I have done my affidavit and wrote a letter. They have mess up my statement they keep on debiting my account. SARS owes me R20K I want my money and stop this nonsense. The regulation stipulates that we can keep documents for 5yrs not more then that.
