SARS is disappointing.

The service has been terrible. I have been waiting for a call back by SARS consultants and its been over a week and no one has called me to assist with what they can only assist me with. My queries have also been escalated numerous times to OPs managers etc and team leaders and I still have not been contacted.

It is rather frustrating that they do not stick to their turn around time and nothing has been done to resolve my issue and a very simple one at that.

Surely it can't take over a week to assist someone.
