sars is a waste of time

Good day <br> <br> I am so sick of sars. They don't educate their staff. I have to go into sars for the third time now. I was told that my I.d and bank statement doesn't match because of my initial. Now that sars has to pay me they have all sosorts of stuff. This is the third time that I have to go to my bank and get another bank statement. They make me feel like a ******** and its my own money. When I was twice at sars in promenade why didn't they check if my documents were correct. The manager even said all my stuff is in order and it would take 24 hours for bank to verify ny details. That's why this land is so *******. I'm so disappointed. I had to take 2 takes leave now I have to again take off from work.
