Sars is a shame to the country

Sars is unprofessional when it comes to handling matters of its client ( tax payers) . The person to be held accountable its the president him self because tax payers contributes a lot to the government and we are not appreciated as we should according to the constitution. I don't blame sars for their incompetence, i blame the president for not putting more effort at sars but will always put himself first when money are collected from sars knowing that sars has crisis when it come to the issues of the tax payers. The best way is to held the president accountable for this mess at Sars. I thank you.
