I have added my mom and my immediate family on my medical. I have arrears and also paid from my pocket what the medical aid has not paid, and each year when I do tax returns and the outcomes are SARS owes. But they do put me into audit for me to upload documents, then after I do send those documents they don't respond anymore. But whenever I owe them, they don't select for audit.
