SARS is a nightmare

Why is SARS such a nightmare? I can do anything on the online app and do my efilling. I was than advise to call the call centre after being on the call for over 2 hours and the line disconnected. I troed calling again and was on tue call for 30 minutes and the line dosconnected. Not the mentioned im at work and trying to get hold of SARS. I wasted so must of my time and effort to have this sorted but SARS is a nightmare. How am i going to sort of my things and get this over with. If this is not sorted SARS will charge us for not doing the tax return/efilling. This is not the forwt time going through this my time effort and so much i invested to have this sorted. This is draining me. Im not hppy with their service. How do a line just disconnect and not even a please leave number to get a call back. I cant deal with SARS.
