SARS IS A MESS, A BUNCH OF IDIOTS, NOT ALL OF THEM, BUT MOST. I WANT THE MONEY YOU OWE ME IMMEDIATELY!!!

I have been doing SARS e-filing since it started. In February this year I changed banks. I updated my banking details, and it was accepted. They Auto asesed mein June already, and I needed to accept or correct, they had my old banking detals on there, so I clicked on correct, and put my new banking details with supporting documents, saved it and then clicked accept. They paid me on 7 June, an immediately withdrew the payment. After hours on the phone to them, they told me last week that I am not registered on my own tax account. I uploaded more paperwork, to prove it is indeed me, I am still not registered to my own account. They owe me a refund, and then they took my rights away on my own tax account with SARS. No one is communicating anything to me, no one is talking to me, and I cannot access my account because they say I am not the registered person on this account. I need answers, and I need them fast, it has been 2 months now, I can't anymore !!!!!
