SARS is a dishonorable entity.

SARS doesn't miss a beat when collecting taxes from us yet it fails to honour it's own turn-around period when it comes to refunding us and all the while we wait for our refunds they continue to rake in millions from the same taxpayers they are f***ING with dishonored turn-around times.
