SARS IS A DISGRACE POOR SERVICE

Why when it comes to SARS needing to do a refund they find that you owe them money, you call that 0800 nbr and they calls are like 1690, you request a call back and no one calls back you go in to the SARS off in town and half of the consultants are on tea or lunch, been using whatsapp service been calling for day no response, but they are quick to say you owe us, when they owe you, they have no records.
