Sars is a disappointment

I wentvto SARS Pretoria,CBD at the NPO division, twice for the sane letter of approval for PBO ,they said they would email to me,it's been a full two weeks I've been waiting for a document that they said they will email in a minute. Then I call and was told that I should call again in 5 working days. I called after 5 working days , three times because as you're in the call queue listening to the IVR ,they dropped my calls after approximately 40 minutes to an hour and 17 minutes of airtime being wasted . These people don't care for anybody but their paychecks that's all .
