SARS IS A CIRCUS AND A JOKE

I have been trying to sort out my tax numbers since March of 2014.By some manner I unknowingly had a 2nd tax number join my original 1 in 2008.Finally, at breaking point, I went to SARS Doringkloof in Feb 2015. Changes were made and I was told that within 21 working days the matter would be sorted.Just called now only to find out that in the interim, my tax number has procreated and I now have a 3rd tax number! Also promised that my details would be updated on their database so I could go into Efiling after 24hrs. Just called Efiling now and , of course, to my utter amazement, they could not assist since the system had not updated my information. I will now be forced to go into Doringkloof AGAIN.When asking the call centre agent if she thinks SARS is falling apart her answer was ? don't know\.I then tried to email to the general contact email to enquire as to a contact number for the branch - guess what? The address does not exist!!!<br> <br> The state of this department is utterly shocking.I am sickened by the disintegration of our South African Revenue Service."
