SARS is a ****

I am still waiting for my refund to be paid. Its more then 60 days. when i called again today, the phone was just put down in my ear. Lodge a complaint online and called the complaint number. They cant also say how long it will take. It is a **** as far as i am concerned. SARS does not want to pay our refunds.
