Takes tax payers money but tax payers never get the service. Not the mobi-app, not e-filing, not telephone calls work. Staff just stick to the script and won't check other details-finally got an appointment , after trying 9 times on the mobile app, e-filing and then 4 times on the desktop -after resubmitting countless times-finally the last PDF was accepted-same format-so no idea why it wasn't accepted many times. Another useless government department. Let's hope the appointment goes better. I will update afterwards
