SARS INEPTITUDE

I submitted my tax 2021 tax on 03.11.21. I received a notice of a refund payable to me. I was then advised that there is an audit and that I need to supply my Log Book of which I submitted a few days later. I was then told that it takes 21 working days to resolve. It is now the 15.02.22 and to date I still have no feedback as to when my refund will be paid out. I end up phoning all the time, leaving call backs and never get called back, one person telling me it will take another 60 working days, some else telling me that their audit team is shortstaffed and all they can do is escalate the matter.. THIS IS NOT ON. GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!! Whether you are shortstaffed or not is should never take this long to resolve this issue and then to tell people that there is no turnaround time?,I religiously submit my tax but am not seeing the benefit thereof
