SARS inefficient and staff refuse to listen

In November I visited SARS to submit my tax return. After 5 hours of queuing I saw a consultant. She advised that one of my IRP 5 is missing. I left got the document and went back again. I went back to the same lady. After calling her supervisor it was identified that the document was there so All my rifle by around to get the document was wasted.I received a message that my tax return has been submitted but will go to Audit. After no feedback I went to do a follow up in Edenvale office the ladies there were so rude they told me its all in Audit. I asked if anything was outstanding they said no. Yesterday I was contacted by SARS to say there are several documents missing. I am infuriated but agreed to send it. The lady says I must upload the documents on efiling. I could not do it so I called the call center the guy told me I can't upload be cause the tax return was done at the branch. Unbelievable. This is unacceptable because in my 1 st visit I submitted all my documents. What to do next???
