SARS Inefficiency Denies Access to Pension and Savings

Is there no lower score than a 1? Due to SARS admin inefficiencies I am unable to access my pension monies or savings my family needs to live on. When my pension money could not be paid out as SARS would not issue a tax directive the explanation was that I have a duplicate tax number against my ID number. After spending a few hours at SARS office I found a duplicate tax number had been created in 2011 in a "bulk registration". HUH? The SARS de-registered it in 2013. Then re-registered it again in 2015. Al this was invisible to me. I already have a tax number against which I pay and all is in order. Great! So now I have found the problem, spent a few hours getting to the bottom of it can I have my tax directive? NO!! SARS gives themselves 21 working days to process a 3 minute system step to de-register the number I didn't know existed. So no pension monies, no savings JUST WAIT ON SARS inefficient admin process to kick in. No prioritisation of issues, no fast-track process, just WAIT on SARS. Starve if necessary, but you may not even speak to anyone to make your case. Why is this shocking mess allowed to continue in our country I ask???
