SARS INEFFICIENCY AND INCOMPETENCE

I submitted my return on Oct 2025. They issued me with an assessment in the amount of R147960.85 when in fact it should be R137. It is now 6 months later and every week I get a new letter with problems ( not seen by the SARS official who uploaded my documents and receipts and Invoices) Last week I got 13 Letters Of Invalid objection, each one with a different case number. You cannot get an appointment nor can you get through to the customer services line, so I Lodged a complaint and was told I cannot lodge a complaint until the case was finalised. I also wrote to *** but received no reply. Shocking service by *********** uncaring staff.
