SARS inefficiencies

Platform is dysfunctional and not allowing me to update details so that I can submit my returns. Went into a SARS branch to sort this out and it is still not resolved. Tried making a telephone appointment but not allowing me to do this on the website. Tried calling in and waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to answer and had to hang up because I needed to work. Totally ineffieient and poor system, no wonder they having issues collecting tax.
