Sars incorrect assesment

I was incorrectly assessed. They disregarded various items that was previously allowed. I've made two appointments and neither could give me answers. The one said she'll phone me back which never happened. I don't know how to rectify this situation. Made another (3) phone sppointment and will keep on trying until I get it resolved.
