SARS incompetency

<p>I have submitted all relevant documents in order to receive the money owed to me by SARS.I was told the process takes 21 days and its past the 21 days when I call them to follow up one person tells me they will only now submit my claim.What has been happening in this 21 days no1 can answer.I make another call after two days from the first one and I am told the samething.When I owed SARS they decided to deduct the money themselves and when I need my refund cause they took more than what they should have I am getting this.This is a sign of being *********** period.</p>
