SARS incompetence

The SARS institution is so useless. I have been on the phone for hours on end and then just get cut off. I have been there in person as well yet my bank details is still not verified after they said it is

This is really speaking to incompetence.

You take almost half my salary in Tax every month. As a tax payer that pays his tax and is up to date but for you to pay me my refund is taking you 6 months and i am not even

SARS is so useless i spend another 1 hour and 40 min on the phone yesterday the 17/12/2024 then just get cut off and i cannot even lay a new complaint because you are to scared to answer the phone and then transfer me back to the call centre.

Today 18/12/2024 you cannot even try to assist and only allow for self help service Go figure !!!!!!!

Pathetic, Pathetic to say the least !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No wonder the country is in a state like it is financially.
