SARS Incompetence and unprofessional.

Good Day, I have been contacting SARS daily about my tax refund and was informed that my current 2020 refund was on hold because my 2018 return was under verification but i received a letter to state that has been completed. I requested a statement and SARS keeps doing an electronic refund but they reverse the payment on the day it was supposed to reflect into my bank account, this has been happening constantly and I am now very frustrated with this as I spend so much time on the phone with agent upon agent and nobody seems to know what they are doing. I need some help ASAP as I should of received my refund a long time ago.
