SARS Incompetence

This is unacceptable. It's been 2 months since an "audit" was concluded on my tax returns however no outcome has been shared, no one knows who's dealing with the case and their systems aren't being updated as the 21 days for the conclusion of the review has passed twice over, the matter has been escalated multiple times and is currently a complaint that no one can conclude because no one knows who was "auditing" my submission so that they can provide an outcome. There are no turnaround times so it's incumbent on me to spend time on the line to follow up with them because apparently there are no requirements for SARS to keep the customer informed of either a complaint or a review on their submissions. My assessment has been calculated and it's just been sitting there for months as SARS won't conclude my case and payout my return. Apparently there's a very strong possibility that we will be filing 2021 tax returns before this case is resolved!!!

This is pathetic SARS, I will not incur any more costs due to your laziness, I will not pay any fines or penalties because your people are too *********** to the simplest of jobs. If this case is not resolved in a timely manner and my refund paid out, I'm not taking the fault for the delay because it's on you!!!! PAY ME MY MONEY AND CLOSE THE CASE!!!!!!!!
