SARS Incompetence

<p>I registered for E-Filing and was asked to bring in certain FICA documents. I then went and got all the necessary documents and went today 26/07/2016 12:00pm to deliver them to complete the process. I was then told that I need to come before 10:00am and they cannot help me after then. I cannot just get off work to do this. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! My question is how is a working individual meant to get this right as they aren't even open over the weekend. This is a terrible service that doesn't take pride in what they do. There is no care for South African citizens as long as they can take more money and not return anything in terms of public service and development. If I could give a negative rating I would.</p>
