SARS INCOMPETANCY

I submitted my 2022 Tax return on the 7th July 2022.....After 2 Audits and submitting documents twice, I was told on the 25th August that I am due 11K........Two days later.......27th august, they send me letter that I need to submit documents again!!! I submitted twice againof which once was physically taken to SARS.......The re assesment letter came back, and they reversed the refund!!!! After a dispute was lodged, I waited until today, 26 th October, just for them to tell me I owe them now R2800!!!! Come on!!!!! ***????? I am just an ordinary person with no complicated return, and since 2008, I get more or less the same back every year......Nothing has changed since then....What is going on guys?????
