Sars income tax money

<p>Sars income tax money , i have been stuggling since oktober (when i filled my documents on e-filling) till now 2016-12-09 3 months later to get a direct answer from sars on when i will receive my money , i called them serveral times and have about 8 case numbers to follow up on, all they say is they will phone me and then in 21 days i will recieve my money, the audit has been finalised and they confirmed that they dont need any further documentation from me as per the latest phone call that was yesterday at 4pm.</p> <p>i am very dissapointed in this service as i really would like a direct answer and date on when the money will be paid out , i just feel i handed my docs in , in time and submited on e-filling in time so lets see if i can finally get a straight answer this time , as we always have to complain to get response. </p>
