SARS incapability

Myself and my wife have been trying to sort out our SARS profile for more than a year now, only to be told by every consultant that answers that they are not sure why the system cannot be updated and that we must wait 21 days and then try log in again. Is there anybody that works there that knows how their system works and can assist a person. Phone backs and making walk in appointments are just a huge waste of time.( I have all the reference numbers to prove this)
