SARS in SA is non-existent unless you owes them

SARS is non-existent unless you owe them money - all emails equals no-reply - the tollfree number equals wait for an hour and at number 2 the line goes dead - walk in without an appointment - you are treated as a ******* alien (Security wants to deport you) and if helped - "We don't do corrections you have to do it yourself" and when you try to do it at your office like they said the system does not do it.... when you try to correct the EMP201 - you get another penalty..... and another no-reply letter - pay within 10 days - when there is an unallocated credit and ETI credits for twice the amount owed.... I don't understand why the huge bonuses are paid out to staff - they don't do anything to help the people they are supposed to serve. Thx SARS for nothing....
