SARS impossible to contact

SARS are quick to expect one to answer their queries but fail to respond to tax payer complaints.

It is also impossible to get a get a person to talk to telephonically and if one does the standard answer is that the complaint will be escalated whereafter nothing happens.

There Call Back feature has also stopped working.
