SARS ignoring me!! JUST PAY MY MONEY!!

It has been over 3 months of sending mails - contancing the ONBUDS for help and no reply.... My SARS is really straight forward, everything is loaded by the employer and medical aid and I just submit... They show they have a payment date IN JULY!!! And no money was paid to me... You are not allowed to go to their offices - there is no contact details where you can call and get assistance NOTHING.. but if this was turned around and I must have paid them... I would have received a call EVERYDAY... I am so GATVOL for this... Them taking my hard owned money!!! I NEED THE MONEY... I HAVE 2 children to support... but no.... they see how long they can hold my money... VERY VERY VERY SAD [in a company of 83 employees I was tested to be the most patient of all... number one... but my patience is running out!!!
