Sars Idiots

Wish i could give a rating of -1000. Useless, useless, useless. 3 months i have been waiting to load myself as the person to do my business tax but the idiots cant help me. Now i have been penalized cos of *********** people who cant do their jobs. Why the hell do you have a booking system if you unqualified employees cannot use it or give people a call back the time i made a booking? Is this really so difficult for south africans? Half of your employees cant even talk English and its impossible to understand them over a phone. Train your employees.
