SARS - HURRY UP AND WAIT - THIS SHOULD BE THEIR MOTTO

I thought SARS was making their processes easier? If this is the case why is it that nobody can supply me with an answer as to what the problem is and where in the process we are? Is it so difficult for them to reply with satisfactory answers?
