SARS hugely efficient system under Covid times

Their current online system booking and phone call to assist is fantastic. Wait a few days, submit your documents online, the phone call was about 15 minutes and my query was resolved. This is so much more efficient than waiting hours in a queue outside a branch. Huge congrats to SARS for creating such an efficient system during Covid! Thank you
