SARS Horizon Terrible Services

SARS Horizon worst services ever. From 8am to 1pm no services at all. No proper system for ques. The workers have no interest in working and walk around after every country they take 1hour with. They set to all appointments first and people who come in at 7am have to wait with boo proper ticket services for that que. Staff are unfriendly and rude. No manager on site yet requested to speak to a manager several times. SARS Keep messing up and ignoring the e-filing queries over 7 times which I had to drive in to store up at a branch which is the worst experience ever
