SARS help line and penalties

It's with difficulty that I give one star. SARS efiling just one big joke! I agree with Sinenhlanhla M. Why do they even give a phone number ***? I held on for a whole hour and at last got a person that wanted to check my ID and then just disappeared. I don't curse but you should have heard me silently.... I needed the unexplained penalty cleared and gave up - just paid the darn penalty and hope they receive it! I find the website not userfriendly at all! There used to be competent people on the helpline.
