SARS has to be the worst Revenue Service Worldwide! You are beyond a joke.

Absolutely fuming. Booked a telephonic appointment to update banking details at 12:30pm today. Uploaded all my supporting documents. SARS sent me a letter last week saying the appointment had been cancelled. I phoned them to query it. They said 'it's not cancelled. we cancelled your previous appointment and put the wrong case number on the letter. Don't worry they won't cancel.' Didn't even get a call back this morning. I've been waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. Now I need to book another appointment and be caller 262 in the queue. I've been holding for hours
