Sars has the worst service

The worst service at Sars, calling for help and getting through is a mission, then when you eventually do get through, the service agents have the worst attitude, they even ask you questions that they should be answering. They talk to you like you're an idiot. These people should get better training. Its as if they do not care if you are helped or not and why are business owners not allowed to do anything at the office? because their online and telephonic services are extremely bad.
